The location of this vacation rental is ideal, close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a well-maintained pool and hot tub. The owner is very responsive and even arranged transport to the airport. The welcome package was a pleasant surprise. a fantastic stay.

We were absolutely blown away by this mind-blowing villa! From the jaw-droppingly easy and prompt communication with the owners to the super clean and beautifully presented villa, everything was perfect. The hot tub was a highlight, where we had fantastic chats and relaxed. We were left wanting for nothing, as the villa had absolutely everything we needed, including a lovely gift pack. The classy touches throughout made it such a lovely place to stay. We would highly recommend this villa and can't wait to return. The owners even kindly allowed us to stay later than agreed, which we really appreciated. The service was excellent, with the owners personally showing us around and even going the extra mile to bring back covers for the outdoor recliners. The huge pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and we loved every minute of our stay. This is definitely the best villa in the area, in terms of location and quality. We also appreciated the welcome package in the kitchen and the abundance of towels provided. The host was fantastic and easily reachable, even helping us organize a large taxi for our departure. The outside bar and seating area were lovely, and we made great use of them. The villa was very well equipped, with everything from a washing machine to cooking utensils. It was incredibly clean and bug-free, unlike other places we had heard complaints about. The central location and the beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the kitchen/living room area were fantastic. we had an amazing experience and can confidently say that this villa has it all!

During my recent trip to Puerto del Carmen, I had the opportunity to stay at Palm Villa. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate the convenience of this accommodation being located just 6 km from the nearest airport. This made it incredibly easy for me to reach the villa upon arrival and also provided a seamless travel experience when it was time for me to catch my flight back home. being in such proximity to the airport allowed me to maximize my time exploring the beautiful attractions of Lanzarote.

In the bedroom, there was no table with a mirror near a plug, which made it a bit inconvenient for me to do my hair and makeup.

This villa is in a great location, just a short walk to the strip and a nearby Spar. The customer service from the host is exceptional, as they respond immediately to any concerns. The hot tub and terrace area are lovely, perfect for relaxation. The villa is clean and exactly as shown in the photos, and it comes with a well-equipped kitchen and a welcome pack.

One negative aspect is the lack of a table with a mirror in the bedroom for doing hair and makeup.

The villa had excellent service, a huge pool and jacuzzi, beautiful sea and mountain views, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely outside bar.
